JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and well taken care of. You will also assist in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive service and support to our restaurant operations. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries.
