Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Service Host at Mercedes-Benz of West Bromley, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service. Ensuring our customers feel welcomed and valued, you will enhance the customer experience through efficient front-of-house coordination and support the service department’s operational success.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Offer a warm welcome and assist customers upon their arrival
  • Coordinate customer appointments and service schedule bookings
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Liaise with service team members to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Maintain an inviting customer reception area at all times
  • Utilise the Pinewood CRM and Mercedes systems for efficient operation support (training provided)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, enhancing their loyalty to the Mercedes-Benz brand
  • Creating an outstanding service environment that reflects the luxury and prestige of the Mercedes-Benz brand
  • You will be required to work 45 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm including some Saturdays on a rota basis.
