Our Barangaroo restaurant is located in International Tower One and seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to join and lead the team. As the leader of the Guest Services Department, you will have to opportunity to ensure that each guest has a memorable experience while working alongside the restaurant management team.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Attending to guest inquiries and reservations via email, telephone and face to face
  • Opening and closing procedures
  • Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs
  • Processing payments and cash handling
  • Making, allocating and finalising bookings
  • Gift card/voucher purchases
  • Staff training and development

Do you have?:

  • Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment
  • Previous experience with a reservation system such as SevenRooms, Dimmi, Respak or Res Diary is an advantage
  • A La Carte restaurant experience an advantage
  • Cash handling and till reconciliation experience
  • Current RSA certificate
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends
