JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Host/Support This role is essential in providing exceptional hospitality services to our pub guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or food service environment
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of guest services and phone etiquette
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: From $17.85 per hour
  Expected hours: No less than 12 per week

Work Location: In perso

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Distribute seating amongst the servers in order to ensure a smooth execution.
• Bus tables as needed.
• Take, ring in and delivery room service to the hotel.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly
• Ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  Additionally your duties will also include banquet service. Set up, execution and break down of events providing everything from basic water service to serving multi-course dinners.
