What You’ll Do As a Host at Bamboo Sushi, you’ll help set the tone for the entire guest experience. You’ll work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service, thoughtful seating, and a warm, welcoming environment. Responsibilities include: Greeting and seating guests with genuine hospitality Managing waitlists and reservations with accuracy and care Supporting FOH and BOH teams to ensure timely and consistent service Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs Following all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards Health, Wealth & Happiness We believe in taking care of the people who take care of our guests.
