Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists while maintaining smooth guest flow throughout the space. Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and leadership to ensure efficient service and table turnover. Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with questions about seating and the overall experience. Maintain an organized and polished host stand and entrance area at all times. Support the flow of guests during live music and peak hours to enhance the overall atmosphere. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed.
