In the role of Host, your key focus will be to:

• provide a warm welcome and engage with all guests
• manage the flow of the room, waiting list and the turn of the tables
• have an excellent guest recognition for our hotel residents and external regular guests
• demonstrate an excellent food and drinks menu knowledge
• support the team with any other duties including and not excluding, running food, serving drinks, helping with guest enquirers and liaising with other departments.
