JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostesse to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their table experience. Your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensuring customers have a great night. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with serving practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
