You are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, managing the flow of the dining room, and ensuring guests are seated efficiently and courteously. Your role is essential in setting the tone for a GREAT guest experience. Requirements Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests. Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival. Manage waitlists and reservations using the restaurant’s seating system. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Communicate wait times accurately and manage guest expectations. Answer phones and assist with takeout orders or general inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area. Collaborate with servers, bussers, and management to ensure smooth seating flow. Follow all health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with team members and management. To-Go Responsibilities Answer phone calls and take accurate To-Go orders. Confirm order details and ensure proper packaging and presentation. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of To-Go orders. Process payments and handle cash or card transactions securely. Greet and assist guests picking up To-Go orders with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the To-Go station. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Weekend and evening availability preferred.
Responsibilities
