OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a Host to join our team at East Coast Concepts in Hale. As a Host, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A friendly and welcoming attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Address any guest concerns or special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance area
