QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a waiter, host, or front-of-house team member is a plus but not essential.
• Confident, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy service times.
• Willingness to learn and support team members where needed.
• Must be available to work Friday and Saturday shifts consistently.
  Job Type: Part-time
  Hours: 10 to 15 hours per week (Fridays and Saturdays)
  Pay: £12.50–£13.50 per hour depending on experience

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu guidance when needed.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables with professionalism and care.
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, tidy, and properly set.
• Process payments and assist with end-of-shift procedures.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and politely.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
