Description Position Overview: As a Host at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and have a positive dining experience. Your role is crucial in managing the flow of guests, coordinating seating arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive. Manage the waitlist and seat guests promptly. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials. Maintain a clean and organized host area. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service. Address guest inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude. Assist with taking reservations and managing large parties. Uphold the restaurant’s standards for quality service and hospitality. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
