Sunset Grille is a relaxed lakeside restaurant at Victoria Harbor on Lake Allatoona in Woodstock, GA. With great food, cold drinks, and beautiful waterfront views, it’s a welcoming spot for locals and visitors to enjoy fresh favorites, warm hospitality, and memorable sunsets. RESPONSIBILITIES: Greeting guests warmly and create a positive first impression. Manage reservations and the waitlist during high-volume periods. Coordinate seating and maintain smooth table turnover. Introduce guests to their server for a seamless transition. Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests promptly. Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly for the next guest. Thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to company policies and hospitality standards. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of reservation systems (OpenTable experience is a plus). Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly between tasks. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and demeanor.
