DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations Manage waitlist and reservations efficiently Maintain a clean and organized host/host station Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management Requirements EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Professional appearance and demeanor Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays The statements above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
