SKILLS

• Previous Host/Host experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while providing exceptional hospitality
• Good phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries
• Strong guest relations skills to ensure repeat business and positive reviews

• Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
• Ensure that tables are set up properly and maintained throughout service
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness in the host area and dining room
• Assist with phone calls, taking reservations, and providing information about the restaurant
