Description The Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. Host must be energetic, friendly, professional and confident. Our Hosts influence the guest’s first impression of our organization and play an integral role in their experience. The Host controls the flow of the restaurant through greeting, strategic seating, and maintaining calm energy during peak dining times. The Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. Host will be knowledgeable of the menu, specials, and company-wide roles and responsibilities to help field guests’ FAQ’s. Requirements Responsibilities: Promptly make eye contact, smile and greet guests as they enter the restaurant Warmly welcome guests and determine the most efficient way to accommodate their dining experience Practice keen organizational acumen Maintain flow and rotation of seating Answer phone calls and efficiently satisfy guests’ wants and needs Maintain a wait list with accurate wait times Assist service staff with bussing and resetting tables to quickly seat guests Observe and read guest body language to alert service staff of needs Complete each dining experience with a warm and genuine thank you, farewell and encouragement for a soon return Adhere to the Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. employee handbook and Martha’s Book of Rules at all times Other duties as assigned
