Job Description Role Overview: As a Hostess at Delano Dubai, you will be the welcoming face of our dining experience, creating a lasting first impression for guests. Key Responsibilities: Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, guiding them to their tables and ensuring a seamless transition into the dining experience. Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience. Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations. Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
