Located 3.2 mi from Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport and overlooking the Arabian Sea Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach is a beach front property. Job Description Main Duties: Administration To maintain and update the restaurant guest history records. To maintain a legible and up-to-date reservation book. To type and co-ordinate the printing of all restaurant menus in liaison with the outlet Manager. Operational To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional, friendly, courteous and professional guest service at all times. To be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu. To be flexible wherever possible in meeting special requests from guests for specific table assignments or other requests. To maintain the entrance area and hostess station in a clean and orderly manner at all times.. To greet and seat guests in a professional and organized manner and offer the menu cards after seating. To work in a supportive and flexible manner with other employees and other departments. To treat all operating equipments and supplies carefully to minimize damage and reduce wastage. To take reservations and manage table assignments for the outlet. To follow all telephone usage guidelines while conversing with guests on the phone. To wish guests farewell as they leave the restaurant. To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. .
