Job Description We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience for all patrons. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about the restaurant Maintain an organized and clean reception area Assist in resolving any customer concerns or complaints Keep track of wait times and communicate updates to guests Ensure menus are clean and up-to-date Assist with special events or large group bookings Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Previous customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant setting Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities High level of energy and professionalism at all times Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards Knowledge of restaurant operations and dining etiquette Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for managing reservations and table assignments Exceptional organizational skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
