Essential Job Functions: • Greets and escorts guests to dining tables. Responsible for Cleanliness of Outlet. • Performs duties according to proper service etiquette and Company and departmental standards. • Responds to customers’ special requests or complaints; informs the supervisor on duty. • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the outlet. • Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.) • Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy. Other Job Functions: • Provides guests the F&B outlets hours of operation and information related to casino/resort events. • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned Job Qualifications: • Experience Required: Previous customer experience. • Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with others. Able to comprehend and comply with applicable federal, state, company and departmental rules and regulations. • Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: N/A • Other Specialized Requirements: N/A
