QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, hostess, or receptionist role (preferably in automotive, hospitality, or retail sectors).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi) are an advantage.
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To create a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors and clients at Auto Millennium Group, while efficiently handling reception duties, appointment coordination, and guest hospitality. The role also supports smooth front-desk operations in alignment with the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff courteously and professionally.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and route them to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Coordinate customer and client appointments and maintain visitor logs.
  • Provide accurate information about Auto Millennium Group’s services and direct inquiries to relevant personnel.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as email handling, document preparation, and data entry when required.
  • Manage booking schedules for service appointments or customer meetings.
  • Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable during their wait.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality at the front desk.
