Job Description We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess F&B to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Assist with special requests and accommodate dietary requirements Maintain a clean and tidy reception area Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues promptly Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menu items and daily specials Assist in organising and overseeing special events or promotions Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications Secondary school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer literacy for managing reservations and using point-of-sale systems Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards Knowledge of food and beverage service standards Understanding of hospitality industry practices Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the restaurant as needed Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Additional Information What awaits you...
