Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and seating guests according to MO standards
  • Presenting the menu correctly to each guest
  • Ensuring that the guest is satisfied with their stay
  • Handling guests’ special requests, anticipating their needs
  • Handle guest complaints
  • Take reservations accurately, if necessary, keeping track of guest preferences
  • Support in setting up the bar/restaurant service stations
  • Handle all bar/restaurant guest reservations and requests in a timely manner.
  • Liaise within the department and with other hotel departments.
  • Participate in daily meetings
  • Carry out all administrative tasks assigned by the managers
  • Review and reply to email correspondence.
  • Handle basic operations of the department, mainly reservations from multiple channel
