As our Hostess, you will be the first impression of FAYY Health. Your main responsibilities will include:

As a Hostess at FAYY Health, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and welcoming client journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome & Greet: Warmly greet every client upon arrival with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Clinic Tours: Provide guided tours of the clinic to introduce services and create familiarity with our space.
  • Appointment Support: Assist clients in checking in for their appointments and coordinate with the front desk for smooth transitions.
  • Client Comfort: Offer refreshments and ensure the waiting area is comfortable, clean, and inviting.
  • Client Engagement: Answer basic inquiries about services, offers, and clinic protocols in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Phone & Concierge Assistance: Answer calls when required and support concierge tasks such as booking rides or helping with directions.
  • Feedback Collection: Encourage clients to share feedback post-visit to help improve overall service quality.
  • Ambiance Awareness: Monitor cleanliness, lighting, scent, and music in the reception/lounge area to maintain a luxurious atmosphere.
  • Event & VIP Support: Assist during in-clinic events, launches, or when VIP guests visit ensuring premium service standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the front desk, medical staff, and wellness team to ensure timely and seamless client service.
