Hostess / Host Are you friendly, well-presented, and passionate about creating a warm dining experience? We are looking for a Hostess / Host who will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, ensuring guests feel comfortable, valued, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: * Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables in a professional manner. * Managing reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently. * Coordinating closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest flow. * Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and basic service recovery with courtesy. * Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the reception and entrance areas. * Providing accurate information about menus, promotions, and restaurant offerings. * Monitoring guest satisfaction and communicating feedback to the team. * Assisting with guest departures and thanking them for their visit. * Ensuring adherence to service standards, grooming, and brand guidelines. What we need from you: * Previous experience as a Hostess / Host, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality. * Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage. * Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor. * Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy service periods. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
