REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of experience as a hostess, host, or in a customer service/hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible hours, including Friday and Saturday evenings (required).
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a nightlife, restaurant, or events setting is considered an asset.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and polished atmosphere. You’ll manage guest seating, provide information about the venue, and ensure a smooth flow of service during both high-energy nightlife events and elegant private functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality upon arrival.
  • Manage reservations and guest lists, ensuring efficient check-in and seating.
  • Escort guests to their tables and communicate with servers to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Assist with answering phones, confirming reservations, and managing inquiries.
  • Support the management team in maintaining guest flow during high-volume events.
  • Provide accurate information about menus, services, and upcoming events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and entryway.
  • Handle VIP and special guest arrivals with discretion and care.
  • Collaborate with security, servers, and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
