Manages Waitlists during peak times and provides Accurate Wait Time estimates, whilst ensuring Guests are well taken care of.
Proactively acknowledges and Remembers Guest Preferences, maintaining meticulous Guest History records to curate unparalleled, ‘FIVE-Styled’ Service.
Exhibits an exceptional understanding of FIVE’s diverse destinations, concepts, menus, events, and bespoke offerings, enabling ‘FIVE-Star’ Guest Assistance at all times.
Efficiently Processes Billing and Payments while adhering to FIVE’s industry-leading Control Procedures.
Enhances the overall Guest Experience by ensuring Seamless Operations and Excellence in Service Delivery.
Collaborates with a Fellow ‘FIVERs’ to maximise Guest Satisfaction, providing Prompt and Positive responses to inquiries.
Showcases a Proactive Approach to addressing Guests’ concerns and fulfilling their requests, Swiftly Resolving any issues to ensure exceptional Guest Satisfaction.
