  • Assists Guests in finding Suitable Seating Arrangements based on their preferences and the availability of tables.
  • Manages Waitlists during peak times and provides Accurate Wait Time estimates, whilst ensuring Guests are well taken care of.
  • Proactively acknowledges and Remembers Guest Preferences, maintaining meticulous Guest History records to curate unparalleled, ‘FIVE-Styled’ Service.
  • Exhibits an exceptional understanding of FIVE’s diverse destinations, concepts, menus, events, and bespoke offerings, enabling ‘FIVE-Star’ Guest Assistance at all times.
  • Efficiently Processes Billing and Payments while adhering to FIVE’s industry-leading Control Procedures.
  • Enhances the overall Guest Experience by ensuring Seamless Operations and Excellence in Service Delivery.
  • Collaborates with a Fellow ‘FIVERs’ to maximise Guest Satisfaction, providing Prompt and Positive responses to inquiries.
