Apt Resources is on the lookout for a charming and inviting Hostess to join a dynamic restaurant team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests from the moment they arrive. Your duties will include greeting patrons, managing reservations, and ensuring a streamlined seating process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Welcome guests to the restaurant with a friendly smile Manage reservations and maintain an efficient seating plan Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Communicate wait times accurately and manage waiting lists Coordinate with the wait staff to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service Address customer inquiries and resolve any potential issues Maintain a clean and organized reception area Support staff during peak hours to ensure smooth operations Previous experience as a Hostess or similar role in a restaurant Strong customer service skills and a welcoming attitude Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage Proficient in reservation systems AED 3000 to 3500 + 400 Food allowance + 350 to 500 (Service charge Avg) + 600-800 Credit card tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
