Apt Resources is looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join a vibrant restaurant located in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth seating process. You will be the face of the restaurant and play a key role in creating a positive first impression and overall enjoyable dining experience for guests. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Provide information about the restaurant’s offerings and answer guest inquiries Coordinate with the wait staff to ensure timely and efficient service Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area Assist wait staff and other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations Previous experience as a Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and courteous demeanor Strong organizational skills Ability to remain calm and handle challenging situations professionally Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage As per the market standards
