Job Description What you’ll do… Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a Hox welcome, to handling any questions and helping out with requests. Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises. Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy and help our restaurant team with any individual and group bookings. Answer phones, sort out requests, give recommendations - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to. Take reservations over the phone, handle cash and card payments and help out the team on the floor. Master the use of the online reservation system and be sure to add all necessary information to reservations. Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met but exceeded. Qualifications What we’re looking for… Individuals.
