Job Description Welcome and greet guests warmly on arrival Manage reservations, walk-ins and seating arrangements Provide accurate waiting times and maintain queue flow Escort guests to tables and present menus Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house / host station Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills Well-groomed and presentable Able to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with positive attitude Prior F&B experience is a plus (not required for entry-level) Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
