Your role As a host, you’re the heartbeat of the restaurant’s daily flow and the key link between the kitchen, bar, and floor staff. You're often the first person guests meet, so a warm welcome and great service – even in busy moments – are essential. You’ll support the waitstaff by greeting guests, introducing them to our concept, and answering questions. But your main focus is managing the booking system and maintaining a clear overview of the restaurant throughout the shift. Even when the restaurant is buzzing, it’s important to us that guests still feel your energy, presence, and genuine passion for great service. Who are you?
