WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for full time Permanent Hosts to join our FOH team at our original Queen Street West location. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment, interacting with guests and brings a positive and professional work ethic. Well groomed and possessing a great sense of style, you are a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced and beautiful casual fine dining environment.
As an important member of our FOH service team you are the first person our guests meet upon entering our restaurant and therefor play an integral role in delivering excellent customer service to our guests. Reporting to the restaurant manager, greeting guests with a cheerful, professional and outgoing personality and offering a consistently outstanding customer service experience for both those guests checking in as well as those calling over the phone, are the primary responsibilities of the Host. Running food, clearing tables as well as maintaining a clean and organized restaurant may also be part of the daily duties of the Host. The ideal candidate is a reliable and positive team player who is a quick learner. Some restaurant experience is preferred but not necessary as we provide on the job training. Scheduling is flexible with both day and night shifts during the week days and on weekends. Working knowledge of Open Table and Silverware POS is a definite asset. Smart Serve Certification and a good understanding of English language required.
