We are offering a full time, Monday – Friday 8 hour shift 6:30 am - 3:00 pm with additional hours and/or weekends as needed, benefited opportunity to work as a Hot Air Welding Fabricator.

Although this position mainly requires hot air welding, the other primary duty is industrial sewing…but, don’t let that scare you, we can teach you the trades in no time, attitude and aptitude are everything in this role! If you have any other skills, passions or abilities they will absolutely be utilized, and we encourage you to share them with us.

  • Responsible for supporting the fabrication of our largest tent products (Frame Tents). Imagine a big top circus tent, it’s massive. Now bring it down in your mind’s eye a bit and there you have a frame tent. It’s larger than a typical farmer market pop up tent and requires quite a bit more material to work with, as do the new pool covers. Materials can be heavy to move around but, we have tools to help you such as a Miller Hot Air Welding machine as well as an RF Welder.
  • Safely operate a Juki industrial sewing machine for Frame Tents
  • Once trained, able to follow and understand specific fabrication guidelines and quality assurance checks to ensure a world class product for our customers.
  • Accurately measure and sew products of varying custom elements and sizes to customer specifications.
  • Grommet installation.
  • Set up tent frames and quality check fit of canopies, walls, etc.
  • A good sense of humor, incredible work ethic and motivation to burst through ceilings are essential.
  • Flexibility when it comes to cross training for other job functions, we rely heavily on TEAMWORK.
  • Speaking up and engaging in continuous improvement.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pull, push or lift 50 pounds consistently
  • Constantly moving around the production floor up to 10 hours a day.
  • Twisting and bending to assemble products
