Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace during shifts. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests. Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols. Adapt to changing menu items and special requests from guests. Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen or cooking role preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
