We are looking for someone with proven previous experience setting and operating Hot forges. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-temperature, hands-on environment where precision, safety, and teamwork are key.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in hot forging or similar high-temperature metalworking roles
• Skilled in using hand tools and industrial machinery
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Understanding forging techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical stamina and strength for handling heavy materials
• Good hand-eye coordination and precision

• Operate and maintain hot forging machines, furnaces, and press equipment
• Heat metal to high temperatures using industrial furnaces
• Shape metal using pressing techniques
• Apply hardening and tempering methods to enhance strength and durability
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow technical drawings to produce precise components
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
