Prepare daily hot dishes according to the approved menu.
Handle food preparation tasks before each shift.
Supervise cooking operations in the hot kitchen section and ensure proper cooking standards.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections (cold kitchen, pastry, bakery) to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the workstation and cooking equipment.
Ensure adherence to quality, taste, and health & safety standards.
Assist in training junior staff within the section.
Report any shortages of ingredients or equipment malfunctions.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
