SPA SCHOOL (CUSTOMER ORIENTATION & EDUCATION):

• Lead Spa School sessions with new hot tub owners, teaching operation, water care, and maintenance.
• Provide clear instructions on safety, controls, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate chemical use and maintenance schedules.
• Answer customer questions and ensure they feel confident with their new hot tub.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Physically fit and able to lift/move 75+ lbs regularly.
• Towing experience with trailers is required.
• Crane operation experience is an asset.
• Experience in basic construction or site prep is an asset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Mechanical or technical aptitude preferred.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a reliable, physically strong, and customer-focused team member to join us as a Hot Tub Delivery & Setup Technician who will also conduct Spa School sessions for our customers. This is a casual, on-call position—ideal for someone flexible who enjoys hands-on work, outdoor projects, and direct customer interaction. You will be working and driving to jobs through our entire service area of Southwest Alberta primarily starting out of Cochrane or Canmore.
