REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

• Full UK driving licence.
• Practical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and physical fitness.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivation with a positive attitude.

Desirable:

• Experience in repairs and fault finding.
• Customer service or sales experience.
• Forklift licence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• As a Hot Tub Installer, you will be responsible for:
• Delivering and installing hot tubs and related products both locally and nationwide.
• Servicing and maintaining hot tubs for local customers.
• Performing service and repair work in their York workshop.
• Setting up exhibition stands at consumer events across the UK.
• Advising customers on water care and product maintenance.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely driving vans up to 3.5 tons for deliveries.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting (desirable but not essential).
• Providing excellent customer service and advice to customers.
