JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Hot Tub Technician to join our team. This role is essential for the installation, maintenance, and repair of hot tubs and related equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools. Ability to diagnose spa service repair requests and repair spas efficiently is required. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance or construction.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and hot tub operations
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as required by the job.

• Install and set up hot tubs at customer locations, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues related to hot tubs using hand tools and power tools.
• Provide guidance to customers on proper hot tub care and maintenance practices.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.
