Description Hotel Accounting Manager We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hotel Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations of our hospitality property. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all accounting functions related to hotel operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management - Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and hotel policies - Manage and supervise accounting staff, providing training and performance evaluations - Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure timely completion - Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses to optimize financial performance - Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard hotel assets - Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and improve operational efficiency Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred - Proven experience in hotel or hospitality accounting management - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and hotel operations - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Effective leadership and communication abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Attention to detail and high level of integrity Join our dynamic team and contribute to a thriving hospitality environment that values growth, innovation, and exceptional service.
