Our hotel is the gateway to the magnificent Dandenong Ranges, Yarra Valley Food & Wine District, the Mornington Peninsula and Phillip Island. Job Description As a Hotel All Rounder, you will be a key part of our guest experience. This versatile role allows you to engage with guests at the Front Desk, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out, while also contributing to memorable experiences in our Restaurant and Bar. If you enjoy variety, hospitality, and creating great moments, this is the perfect opportunity. Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests warmly during check‑in and check‑out, providing accurate information about hotel services Handle reservations, guest enquiries, and requests promptly and professionally, including billing and payment processing Provide food & beverage service in our restaurant and bar, including preparing drinks and barista‑made coffee Respond to guest feedback and uphold a high standard of customer service Support daily hotel operations by coordinating with different departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage) to ensure seamless service delivery Qualifications Previous experience in Front Office and/or Food & Beverage is preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera Cloud) is advantageous Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, or willingness to obtain Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays Additional Information Why Work for Accor?
