Job Description Located steps from Wynyard, Novotel Sydney City Centre is a haven for comfort, productivity and relaxation. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Hotel All-Rounder to join our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll work across Front Office and Birdie Bar & Brasserie, gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day hotel operations while delivering exceptional, memorable service to our guests. What Will You Be Doing? Delivering service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in between Be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors Completing a variety of tasks ensuring everyday is different. From selling the Hotel's facilities to making coffees, preparing drinks and maintaining guest accounts Providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times Assisting our guests with our self-check in kiosks Ensuring guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program Qualifications Your Skills and Experience Include: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and preferably OPERA Cloud The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation Have a natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guest’s smile during their stay Must have valid NSW RSA or willingness to obtain one before starting Availability to work 38 hours per week across a 7-day rotating roster including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends Additional Information What’s in it for you An opportunity to Work Your Way, Learn Your Way and experience Benefits Your Way at Accor Ability to really contribute and feel pride in knowing you have made a difference to the greater good of the Hotel Operation Work alongside passionate industry professionals Be mentored by experienced Accor Hospitality professionals who want to see you succeed!
