Career Vision Recruiters are recruiting a Hotel Bar Manager to join the management team of this 4* Deluxe Hotel in Co. Kildare. We seek an energetic and motivated person armed with the skills and knowledge to succeed in this wonderful property and ensure the day-to-day operations for all bars and associated areas/functions are carried out in line with property standards
Main Duties:
· To ensure all customers receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their experience in the property.
· To ensure our obligations under licensing legislation are appropriately met and delivered professionally.
· To ensure security of cash, stock, float drop, till management and related procedures
· Oversee staff development and training to ensure the team provide the highest quality standards and customer experience
· Uphold and enhance the hotel’s culture through exemplary leadership and continuous improvement efforts
Key Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills
· Self-motivated and have positive attitude
· Passionate about hospitality and excellent service
· Flexible with hours
· Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills
