Join our team as a Hotel Bartender at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area, located in Somerville, MA. In this role, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests by expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes. * Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and inventory management. * Check identification to verify legal drinking age of guests. * Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. * Collaborate with team members to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of (2) years of bartender experience preferred. * Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously. * TIPS Certification preferred. * Available to work Sunday and Mondays. Flexibility to work holidays as needed. * Available to work full-time or part-time. BENEFITS * Pay ranging from $10.00 to $19.00 per hour, (base wage plus estimated tips for scheduled shifts) paid bi-weekly.
