POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Hotel Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services team. As the first and last point of contact for guests, you play a key role in shaping their overall experience. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling luggage, assisting with transportation, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a similar guest service or hotel role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with Toronto city attractions and transportation options is a plus.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Greet arriving guests and offer assistance with luggage and personal belongings.
  • Escort guests to their rooms while providing hotel information and amenities overview.
  • Retrieve and store guest luggage safely and accurately in the luggage room.
  • Arrange transportation or valet services upon guest request.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and offer information about local attractions and hotel services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, bell desk, and luggage storage areas.
  • Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with deliveries, messages, and special guest requests.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures and resort policies.
