OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests in the morning, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, keeping the breakfast buffet stocked during the hours of 6am-10am, setup & teardown, and ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued.
The hours of this position are 5am-1pm. Availability must be open, and dependable attendance is a MUST!! Days off will vary weekly.

SKILLS

• Previous Host/Host experience is preferred, along with a background in food service or restaurant environments.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members..
• Experience in hotel settings or guest services can enhance your candidacy.
• A passion for hospitality, serving, and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Ability to manage guest relations positively, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Join us as we strive to provide an unforgettable dining experience for our guests!

  Pay: From $12.50 per hour
  Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Setting up the buffet, and keeping the food stocked during breakfast hours of 6am-10am.
• Tearing down and cleanup of the buffet.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a positive attitude.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the host/host station.
