Urban Hotel is a friendly and welcoming hotel located in Grantham, offering clean, comfortable stays and great value for our guests. We’re currently looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our small, hardworking kitchen team and prepare tasty, efficient breakfasts that keep our guests happy and coming back.

• Prepare and serve simple, high-quality cooked and continental breakfasts
• Keep the breakfast area clean, stocked, and presentable throughout service
• Work independently to manage prep and service during quieter shifts
• Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
• Support the kitchen or front-of-house team as needed during busy periods
