OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff alike. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between locations.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as required by the business needs.
  • Available to work at least 1 weekend day and every Friday.
  • Must be available to work until around 6pm.

Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
  • Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, or scrubbed as required.
  • Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Drive to various locations as needed to perform cleaning tasks.
