SILVER CLOUD HOTEL – MUKILTEO WATERFRONT location is looking for a talented, passionate and team building hospitality professional to fill our Chief Maintenance Technician position. As Mukilteo’s only waterfront hotel, we’re located adjacent to the Mukilteo – Clinton Ferry, and a short drive to Boeing’s Everett Factory. The hotel features 70 guest rooms and suites, equipped with a 55” HD television, refrigerator and microwave. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast to our guests.

EXPERIENCE:

o Previous General Repair/Maintenance: Required
o Excellent organizational skills
o Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor
o Excellent communication skills
o Able to react/respond in a respectful and decisive manner
o Able to deliver outstanding customer service
o Possess a can do attitude
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Chief Maintenance Technician is responsible for planning, organizing and execution of general repairs/preventative maintenance in and around the hotel. This can include minor work with electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and finish work.
